Francesca is Head of Sales for Food By Dish working with an extensive portfolio of unique venues in and around London, ranging from Historic Royal Palaces, London attractions as well as private homes and office spaces.

Recognised as a highly organised, creative and sales-driven individual with a keen eye for attention to detail her industry experience and skills in key account management, sales, marketing and business development are a real asset to the team and to our clients.

Kate Ayre

Senior Business Development Manager

Kate works on establishing new relationships and nurturing existing relationships for the Food by Dish team.   Her focus is mainly on the events side of the business and working directly with the our long term partnerships with Unique Venue of London venues.

Senior Operations Manager

Bethany is an experienced Event Operations Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the food & beverages industry. Skilled in Catering, Cooking, Management, Live Events, and Training. Bethany is a strong operations professional with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) focused in Events Management from Bournemouth University.

Holly Dodgson

Strategic Director

Holly joined the company in 2007 and worked as Sales Director for 8 years before progressing to her current position. Holly’s role supports the Managing Director in the management and direction of the company, responsible for partnerships and strategic alliances.

Beth Carpenter

Events Director

Beth is responsible for heading up the events catering team. This includes liaising and developing relationships with clients and venue teams, management of all teams including kitchen, operations and sales, as well as actually operating largescale events for FoodbyDish.
 
Graduating with an honours degree in International Tourism and Hospitality, Beth has worked in London’s event industry for over 12 years for prestigious venues and organisations such as RSA House and Hampton Court Palace.
 
Beth enjoys the large, project type events that Dish are involved with that require creating bespoke menus to specific client briefs.
 

Chanel Frampton

Event Manager

Chanel is an integral party of our operations team, working to ensure the smooth running of our events as well as working closing with both our venue teams and clients in order to coordinate all aspects of the events.
 
With a passion for wine and the and the drinks industry, Chanel also takes on the role of our “in-house sommelier” here at Dish HQ.
