A weekend of weddings

This weekend we were lucky enough to cater for not one spectacular wedding, but two. 

One lucky couple were in Leicestershire and the other in North London. Our teams were at full speed ensuring both weddings went off without a hitch and to make sure we had 2 happy couples at the end of each day - something we achieved. 

Wedding menus for London included mint crusted rump of lamb, pea and broad bean salsa and lemon thyme dauphinoise followed  by rich summer berry pudding with lemon popping candy and clotted cream. The menu for our midland wedding featured sticky duck with watermelon salad for starter, hereford fillet of beef, potato gratin, roast onion purée, seasonal vegetables and crispy curly kale for main course and finally raspberry infused chocolate fondant with fruit skewers and homemade vanilla ice-cream for pudding.
