Another fantastic event at the Sea Life Aquarium and this week we found ourselves catering for an intimate VIP dinner for 20.
Our special guests were treated to a VIP viewing of the famous attraction before eating a 3 course dinner in the Pacific Wreck.
Diners were served a chicken and mushroom ballantine wrapped in pancetta followed by an aberdeen angus beef fillet main course. Dessert followed and offered our guests chilli chocolate and vanilla sponge layer cake, raspberry sorbet and hazelnut tuille.
