Monthly Seasonal Dish

Our dessert chef has put together a beautiful Eton Mess for our delicious dessert for the month. Layers of cream, dark brown sugar meringue, and fresh strawberries make up the base of the Eton Mess. The dish is topped with drops of fig flavoured balsamic vinegar which compliments the other ingredients and makes this Eton Mess different to any other. The dessert has been very popular throughout our July events and is something clients are continuing to ask for into the later summer months.
