Leaves are falling and the winter coats are coming out. Food by Dish are getting into the autumnal spirit so here is our seasonal dish- introducing our French trimmed breast of Guinea Fowl confit leg. This dish is complimented with chargrilled vegetables and a borlotti bean, chorizo & leek cassoulet all topped with potati and sage crisp.
