As the HR Manager here at Dish HQ, Debbie provides guidance and support in respect of people management. This encompasses ensuring that employment law practices and procedures are followed and maintaining employee relations throughout the Company.
Debbie has worked in HR and hospitality for approximately 13 years. She held the role of HR Director for Crown Catering and has worked for high profile venues such as Midsummer House and Hand and Flowers. Debbie also worked at the Royal Aeronautical Society and with Dish on a consultancy basis for approximately 3 years before joining the team in December 2015.
